REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Coszus we strive to provide our customers the best experience. We do however understand that occasionally a product may not meet your needs or expectations, so we have made our returns process as smooth as possible and most importantly straightforward.

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have up to 14 days from receiving your item to make and execute a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us first at info@coszus.com. If your return is accepted, you will emailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards or swimwear.

Exchanges

Your first exchange is free of charge. If you would like to exchange one or more of your purchased items please email at info@coszus.com with your order number and details of your requested exchange and we will provide you with instructions. 

Refunds 

Once the item has been checked and approved, you will receive your refund, to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. Please note that returns are subject to a £2.50 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
