FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We now ship to EU countries with 3-5 day shipping. Up to a value of €150, your orders will be sent with duties pre-paid. If you are outside of the EU and wish to place an order please contact us via email: info@coszus.com so that we can assist you.
It depends on what shipping option you select.
UK Orders - Orders placed before 4pm on Monday-Friday will be sent out same day from our UK based fulfilment centre. Special delivery orders must also be placed before 4pm in order to arrive next day.
EU orders - 3-5 days from when the order is placed. If purchased before 3pm London time the order should be dispatched on the same day (except weekends).
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email which gives you a link to track the status of your order. We also link your details to the shipment so you will receive updates directly from the courier.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We also offer Klarna and Clearpay for UK customers - please note that buy now pay later options are available at the last stage of checkout. They will not show as an option if you are checking out via Shop Pay & Apple Pay.
